This sub is not for converting or de-programming Lobsters or even really debating the pros and cons of Lobsterology. However, it seems some Ex-Lobsters have ended up here. At the Request of some community members, we are opening this stickied thread for one very specific use - conversations between Ex-Lobsters outside of the context of the rest of the usual stupid bonkers nonsense that happens in this sub.

So, if you are an Ex-Lobster, feel free to post here about your experience as an Ex-Lobster, what got you into Lobsterology, what got you out, how you're filling whatever void is left now that you've removed your carapace. Clack your claws with other Ex-Lobsters. Extend the metaphor however you want, but - if you are not an Ex-Lobster this is not for you. Pretty much anything goes in the rest of this sub (until it doesn't), but this thread is not for flaming, shaming, harassing, debating, or trying to convert (or unconvert) posters.

If you are found to be a Lobster here to play devil's advocate, a never-was-a-Lobster here just to high-five and post dank memes, or just a general pain in the carapace, you're going to get banned.

Leave the Ex-Lobsters be until such a time as they decide to comment in the terrible hell that is the rest of this sub.
