Super long and sorry it’s all scattered brained. So I’ve been having an array of health problems the last couple years. I just recently started really taking care of my Mental health after years of pushing my anxiety to the side. Started seeing an amazing chiropractor. She said to get a full run of labs done including hormones. My pcp won’t test hormones, but is trying to get me into therapy. Which I’m okay with therapy. But not with her refusing to run my hormones. So looking for a new pcp. My chiro mentioned that with resentment it can take a huge impact on your mental and physical health. Asked me a few personal questions. If I had ever been SA’d and why I’m carrying all of my pain and tension on the maternal side of my body. She said basically I need to find the root of the resentment-towards my mom. And release it if I’m ready. Because my health will just get worse. I have no idea how to figure out what is the main reason I resent her. There are honestly so many. I’m waiting for the therapist company to get back with me. I’ve literally sent in everything weeks ago. But haven’t heard back. I just want to figure this out. We never shared our problems growing up. And now I’m just tired of the anxiety/panic, and want my health back. So how did you find the main reason of resentment? Have you been able to break the entanglement? Is there a type of therapy that worked best for you? Or are you raw dogging it?
