Petition to make rallys mandatory

Honestly, if your accounts never built a single rally, one you deserve a face punch and I'm not sorry and two you shouldn't get any xp from anything untill you build one per game at least. Signed a player sick and tired of losing because his idiot team has 4 engeneers and not a one but me can be fucked to build a rally, nobody needs your stupid barbed wire and sandbags build rallys!
