Unknown Error on Login

I just downloaded this game excited to play and join the community but I keep getting an āUnknown Errorā message during the login process. Iāve hard reset my XboxOne and my wifi router but no luck.
I donāt believe itās an internet issue since my other games are running just fine. Is there a fix for this so I can get on the game?
