Anyone here quit (or majorly reduced) his consumption, and of so, how?

What the title says, i usually drink 2 large cans per day, and while this isn't near the amount of some people here, i really wanna stop as soon as possible, since i started caring about my health more recently. But every time someone asks a question like this here, i read people say "you don't lol" "just quit" and other stupid bullshit like this in the comments, so, is there anyone here that can actually recommend tips that worked for him? Much appreciated
