My chakras are muddy

Hei guys.
IDK where to post this but I did a chakra check yday and all of them are muddy. Usually I'd see their light in my mediations but right now, everything is just muddy and black. I tried focusing on the colors and still everything was dark. Like they were trying to shine but were stuck.
Did this happen to any of you? Have you got any idea what I can do to unlock them?
