I understand that doing cardio is good for a person's health. More blood and oxygen is pumped to all parts of the body. But does cardio impact a person's aura?
If so, how does it work? Are there any invisible channels that are pumping energy to a person's aura and improving aura in some way?
I feel like I can sense from a person's presence whether he does cardio or not. The difference feels like energy in flow versus stagnant energy from that person. And I can feel a difference in my aura when I am doing cardio regularly versus when I am not doing it at all.
If cardio is indeed actually improving aura, why don't the religious preachers and modern spirituality experts emphasize the importance of cardio as much as, for example, prayer, fasting, awareness, etc. ?
