I have read in some places that affirmations work when they are spoken with emotions. The more the emotions behind them while speaking, the more effective they are.
At other places I have read that affirmations need to be repeated in a monotone. By doing this kind of repetition, a trance like state is induced, helping the affirmations take seat in the subconscious.
I wonder if people have an opinion based on their experience which method is more effective. And can help me evaluate the pros and cons of both approaches to decide which approach to take.
