For my birthday this year instead of throwing my usual rager, I’m trying to set a fresh start with my friends (who are well aware I’m on a new spiritual journey 😂)

I’ve decided to host a group intention setting/ healing session. I’m becoming very drawn to reiki (attuned level 1) and classical yoga/tantra, but my friends are mostly spiritual newbies. Im thinking to do something very simple to help bond us and hopefully bridge some silly fights between a few of us.

Here’s what I’m thinking:

Invocation Short guided grounding meditation during which I’m channeling Reiki Making an altar as a group Salt bowl ritual for intention setting Water cleansing ritual - using dissolving paper I found to release negativity Fire manifesting ritual — burning hand written manifestations Closing meditation

About 8 people total.

Any ideas or resource recommendations welcome!
