Can someone please help me against a psychic attack?

I am experiencing a lot of psychic attacks on all fronts. So far these have not resulted in violence (but the threat is there). I am suffering a lot of grief and don't have a lot of experience with protecting myself. I wanted to ask if anyone can help protect me from and repel this energy so I can try to heal in a little more peace. Thank you to anyone that helps me with this.
