I’ve been working on myself these past years and I’ve found that sometimes it’s really hard to me control some emotions, especially anger, and once a while I can feel sad or lonely too without any particular reason. These emotions take me to the point where I want to do any of my hobbies (workout, journaling, read, etc.), but I start to lose time with my telephone or I even start to fight with others and when I realize, I lost 4 hours just feeling terrible and expressing it the worst possible way.
I want to change this, but tbh I don’t know how or what to do when I feel angry or bad. I can recognize very quickly these emotions and I know that I should avoid my phone and watch how I’m treating others, but I feel like I don’t know any other way to express and let out this energy.
How can I use or transform the negative energy/emotions into something positive or beneficial for me?
