I believe I have endometriosis but haven't been able to find a doctor who would do more exams other than ultrasound.

I've had unbearable pain in my uterus, belly, back, thighs since I can remember, during and up to a week before period as well as during ovulation. I wouldn't say I necessarily always have pain during sex but it doesn't take much to feel pain in my cervix and guts, especially if the sex gets a bit rough.

It got so bad I decided to just start taking the pill without breaks so I wouldn't menstruate and that helps a lot but I still have a lot of spotting and some pain around the time I "should" be having my period. My gyno said I should keep using the pill this way as she doesn't find anything in the ultrasound.

A couple of months ago I had my first UTI and since them I haven't been able to get rid of rectal and bladder discomfort that gets worse always when I "should" be having my period. A friend of mine who has Endo confirmed that she had similar symptoms.

Could this be it? Any advices as to what exams I should demand a doctor? I'm fed up of not being listened to.
