hi. i (17f) have had horrible periods ever since they’ve started. i have symptoms like nausea (i do throw up everyday on my period), prolonged periods-max 10 days, dizziness-severe. i can’t go to work or drive, my legs get really numb but are in extreme pain during those days and i sleep a majority of the day. i don’t get really bad headaches often but i get them occasionally. its so bad i usually leave school early during that time. i’m not sure if i have it but i feel like i do. i never hear anyone my age talking about their periods this way.. am i too young?

i haven’t been examined because i fear they’ll have to put something inside of me and i’m not ready for it. it would be new as i’m not sexually active so i’m scared.
