Going to see the gyno for the first time, no clue what to expect or ask about

Post Body

I have never been to the gyno but I have an appointment at the end of the month. I don’t really know what to say, I never know how to bring things up with doctors, and they’ve never found anything with the few tests I have had. I know most women in my family have endo or PCOS, and I feel like I do, but I’m scared to be invalidated yet again. My question I guess is a 2 parter, 1. How do you get more comfortable with bringing up possibly embarrassing things with a new gyno and 2. How do you handle not getting any answers, if that were to happen.
