Has anyone passed an adhesion/scar tissue in their BM?

Post Body

I am SO sorry for asking this but I need to know. I have diagnosed bowel endo and Friday morning I passed the weirdest looking thing. I of course called my GI and they finally got back to me this morning. His assumption is that it’s scar tissue from my bowel endo, and he wants to do a study to make sure there’s nothing weird going on (think parasites etc 🤢). He reassured me that the likelihood of it being a crawly thing was incredibly low. Hes willing to sign off on my OB to do a full exploratory laproscopy again to look around. I’ve had the worst case of colitis I’ve had since my last lap was done and I think somehow they are related. It’s just this time my colitis is waaaaay higher in my colon than last time. My worst fear is needing a bowel resection. I just don’t want that, but if it’s needed and I can have normal.. ahem.. movements I’d be okay with it. I’m just tired of struggling with this. 😩 Advice and encouragement is welcomed.
