My mom and I are travelling from Canada to the US so I can have excision surgery by an expert.

I’m trying to come up with a good grocery list for when we land. Our hotel room thankfully has a kitchen.

I’ve had two excision surgeries before, the second one with some bowel involvement (3cm nodule was removed) and I had a hard time with post op constipation.

The surgeon suspects I may need a bowel resection. I really hope I get away with just shaving but in any case, I’d love to know which foods to eat and which to steer away from.
