Lied to about surgery.

I had a hysterectomy in 2018 they took uterus, cervix and fallopian tubes. They also found endometriosis and burned it. Today I had surgery again for endo and my fallopian tubes were still there with other tissues that should have been removed. They had to take an ovary because of it and they cut out the endo I still had.
