Endometriosis and food hypersensitivity. Anyone else?

Anyone else have a correlation between endo and food hypersensitivity?

My experience…

History: My endo symptoms started when I wasn’t a teen, probably around 1999 My gluten sensitivity symptoms started in 2002. Mostly joint pain and headaches. I was dx’d with endo in 2006. In 2015, I suddenly became very lactose intolerant with GI symptoms. Like, I couldn’t even eat milk chocolate. In 2016, I became extremely sensitive to sunflower seeds, beans, and cacao (cocoa) with symptoms mirroring my gluten sensitivity. Not all at once, but every couple of months I would get a new one. I had a full hysterectomy without HRT in 2017. Within a week, I could eat all the foods above without issue, except gluten. I suspect the gluten sensitivity isn’t related to the endo, but perhaps it left me predisposed to hypersensitivity to other foods.

My theory is that the endo had become so bad that it caused my autoimmune system to start overreacting to inflammatory foods (grains, nuts, seeds, and beans are all inflammatory foods; I’ve read conflicting info about dairy)

Current: Over the last year, the sunflower sensitivity has come back. I’ve started feeling pain again in places my endo had been removed. One of the areas has recently become quite painful. A couple days ago, I started having my strong food intolerance symptoms. I haven’t had any gluten or sunflower, but I have had some dark chocolate. I’m worried the cocoa sensitivity is back (fml) I’m also worried it’s because the endo is back despite not having ovaries or HRT.
