So its 10pm & all ive had to eat is a bowl of cereal in morning & i feel bloated, feeling that way all day, been struggling to catch my breath at some points but i work logistics in hot warehouse in TX so that may be part of it but im not fat but not skinny. Im 40yo, 5’10 200, dk BMI but i have a gut. There ARE some large people at work much more than me that arent struggling like i am. Usually by 4pm im an 8 hour 10-630p shift my blood sugar drops & im ravenous when i get home for dinner but last 2 days have been anything but. My regular 💩 schedule has been off too. I just need my blood sugar to drop so i can be hungry for food so ik im normal again. But im not going anywhere over wknd until my body is right.
