Problems with Enderal's story [major spoilers]

First let me start by saying that I loved playing enderal. I exhausted 86 hours into the game and about 82 were one of the best gaming experiences I've ever had. The side quests and main story were beautifully crafted and and for in well for players that had played Nehrim as well. However it all starts to unravel at the quest for Kurmai to repair the airship. 2 basic fetch quests did not seem to fit but I ignored it and pushed on. The star city quest wasn't that bad but it felt linear and not very challenging. Then the ending started and this is where I have a problem. The game had rewarded paying attention to every other regard except in the case of the last set of quests. It came as no surprise that Natarra or Sha'rim were traitors because it was so blatantly obvious to anyone who paid attention. Jorek being a traitor surprised me because his dialogue made him seem loyal. However Natarra gets increasingly angry with Tealor and Sha'rim is the only one that could have murdered Lishari because he's the only one at sun temple not too pious for dust. As for the beacon, it was obvious that the beacon was what caused the cleansing because the high ones gave it away right before you get captured by coarek, plus the charred people and talk of the "light." Tealor being the cause of the cleansing was also obvious. When the high ones said he wasn't an emissary and that essentially the prophet is the only one who can stop the cleansing, Tealor arrogantly disregards that when you tell him. Also the fleshless ones don't make any sense with the whole "mankind is its own worse enemy" theme. They're created by the high ones to destroy humanity. The real humans at sun temple pretty much opposed everything the flawless ones did to the point of betrayal. The cycle itself doesn't really make sense with the ending of Nehrim because is it supposed to be assumed that the previous civilizations all destroyed fates emissary and the book of predestination? Or was it the book of predestination being destroyed that allowed for the break in the cycle? Either way it doesn't make much sense and breaks with Nehrims theme that man should be free to pave its own path. This essentially says man can't be free because the are predestined to destruction regardless because of a higher power. Also the Black Guardian was the worst final boss fight I've ever had. At level 60 those flesh creatures die with one hit from anything and the generators break very quickly. I failed once because I glitched into the terminal and got killed by a rune because I couldn't move out of the way. All in all both endings seem lazy and it is irritating how stupid the game treats you at the end. by the time I get to the black guardian I still somehow don't understand that the cycle is going exactly as planned. Somehow Sha'rim wounded the prophet fatally but not Tealor who is literally right next to you. The veiled woman is a lazy trope too and is never really explained. Also and final nitpick, Narathzuls brooch is completely useless and should instead should be tied to improving whatever class you are marked as. If you read all this feel free to tell me I'm wrong in the comments.
