Switched to a btt H2 V2S and cannot seem to see why this is happening

Post Body

Decided to go the direct drive route when I found a sprite pro at a Amazon return warehouse, I put it on my Ender 3 and with very little tinkering it works flawlessly, on my Ender 5 pro decided with the H2V2S because it was lighter so won’t have to compromise much on the print speed and I think it is the worst decision I made. To get it working to this point was a headache and now I have the extruder working fine but the prints are not coming out great.

I have set the retraction and detraction to 4mm/s retraction at 1mm (tried .4mm as well) played with the temps and still the same issue. Belts are tight and moves as they should perimeter speed is 150mm/s (same speed as with the stock extruder)
