I'm having an issue with my Ender 5 Plus, theres a couple of things and I'm not entirely sure of they're related but I cant seem to find similar conditions through existing threads.

The large issue is that during print startup, neither the nozzle or the bed start to hear. -I know its not an issue with the heating elements themselves because I can still manually heat both.

I'm also having issues with the screen itself; the buttons of the adjustment screen are not working either; the only thing that responds is the tempurature boxes. I cant even back out of the menu (or stop the print) without fully shutting the machine down.

These are highlighted by the BL touch light turning red (also during startup).

Auto Leveling and Manual Heating work just fine; its just during startup that nothing works.

Any insight to possble fixes would be appreciated; and if its something with the software I'm absolutely lost as to how to update it.
