Fans not working

So I was installing the laser kit. Once I was done I tried to test laser by turning fan on, nothing happened. So took it back apart checked everything was fine still didn’t work. So took it apart and put it back to default and noticed that my fans aren’t running none no motherboard, power supply, or hotend. I’ve checked the fuse on motherboard and it’s fine. Idk I’m at loss I emailed creality but nothing back yet. Is there anything I should check. Also power is going everywhere else just not to fan.
