Post Body

Hello all!

I bought an Ender 3 V2 Neo in 2023. I used it faithfully for over a year without any issues until the dreaded filament clog happened. I upgraded to a Direct Direct Drive extruder. To do so, I had to remove the previous extruder with the BL touch, Now my bed wont raise or lower manually. (I figured the sensor I removed would prevent it from auto raising/lowering). It gors front to back and left to right but it wont go up and down. Would installling new firmware help the issue or is my printer just a paperweight now? Any and all help would be appreciated!
