I recently installed a CR Touch on my Ender 3 V2, and I've run into a frustrating issue. After installing the hardware, I went ahead and flashed the firmware. However, when I tried turning on the printer, it got stuck on the loading screen.

I realized I might have used the wrong firmware the first time, so I went back, downloaded the correct one from Creality's website, and flashed it again. Unfortunately, I'm still getting stuck on the loading screen. I've tried flashing my SD card multiple times and renaming the firmware file to make sure it's recognized.

Despite all this, the printer still won't get past the loading screen. Has anyone experienced something similar or have any tips on what else I can try? I’d really appreciate any advice you all might have!
