Ender 3v2 won't print..please help,its for my son

Got the printer for Xmas and have not been able to print anything at all. At first it was the wiring and I thought I had fixed it but then it stays stuck on Loading and nothing happens. The printer does not move at all and I'm just lost at what to do next. I've tried two different websites but I'm just a noob at this and really want to help out my son with this. Thank you In Advance and I can provide any other info needed
