I need help please.

So a buddy of mine asked me to print out a mask he wanted, I printed it with PLA at 205°, 60° bed, speed was 75 and flow was 76. I’m having issues with why certain teeth aren’t being printed. And also, that skipped line right under the nose, how could I avoid it.? I’m fairly new to 3D printing and my friend got me my first obstacle, thanks in advance.
