Sprite pro fans upgrade

I'm thinking about upgrading the hit end fans to get the fan away from the parts so it stops sucking up whisps of material and for more cooling. I've seen someone say something about getting to 5015 fans and connecting the wires together to drop the voltage. What is the voltage for parts fan and heater fan. And what brand/voltage should I get to make easiest install whith out having to worry about voltage control and the variable fan speed still works?
