A tale of two towers: PLA temp towers before and after calculating e-steps.

So, ignoring the fact that both broke free from the bed before completing.... 😑

I decided to finally look into setting my e steps, and generally followed this video: https://youtu.be/xyrC0vVNGMs and used this calculator because I'm lazy: https://www.th3dstudio.com/estep-calculator/

I was under extruding by 10mm, after marking my filament and telling the extruder to move 100mm.

The new estep number the calculator gave me actually OVER extruded. I'd suggest marking 100mm on your filament, and then marking another 100mm so you can measure for over extrusion.

I fiddled with the estep number a couple times, and got pretty close to exactly 100mm.

Having done nothing else since I tried the first temp tower, I'd say this had a significant impact.
