Hey so I need with my printer. I have an ender 5 pro I know this is a place for people with ender 3 but I really need the help. So I recently bought an ender 5 pro and I tried to install a cr touch and downloaded firmware off of creality site I put it on my micro Sd card plugged it in to my printer, and now my lcd screen is just a blank blue screen. No matter what I do I can’t for the life of me get it back to normal. I’ve contacted the creality support team but they haven’t been too helpful. I’m wondering if I could buy a new mother board or a new lcd and fix it like that. Or am I just screws with my newly bought printer. If you have any in-site to this problem please help, even if it’s vague and not totally related to the problem I’m having. I’ll also post a video of what’s happening when I try to use it.
