Just got the v1.1.5 silent board for my Ender 3

How the heck do I install it ? It’s is plug and play ? Do I need something else does it need flashing if so how ? Everything is closed and all I have is a raspberry pi 1 b and a raspberry pi 4 :/ any help would be amazing
