Metal extruder suggestions

Post Body

Hi all! I'm looking to replace my plastic stock extruder with a new metal one (my stock/plastic model seems to be giving up; as of last week I've been getting the clunking noise from under extrusion no matter how much leveling, adjusting, and nozzle replacements I do), but can't tell which to buy. I've seen a lot of threads about using/installing metal extruders, but haven't seen suggestions on which ones work/hold up best for the ender 3 specifically. (I'm also not sure if the models used for ender 3 would differ from the ender 3 V2 or Pro so don't know how much carry over there is from a Pro extruder thread I saw.) I was considering one of the Creality metal extruders, but can't tell what the difference(s) between this model and this model are. I am also considering looking for a dual gear version, but don't even know where to start on that. Would you mind sharing what you've upgraded too (links appreciated!) and if you had to do any adjustments/calibrating to account for the new extruder. Thanks so much and I'll drop an update if I find any more relevant info for future upgraders. :)
