Hair shedding - numbers are good

Hi everyone I recently stopped after 3 months of great experience on Enclo 12.5 M-WF. But notice last week my scalp was more viable than usual. Showers I notice a lot of shedding. I stopped last Friday but plan on having a 2 month break before starting again. Will it grow back? Also any supplements y’all recommend on getting my hair back to full or is this permanent. I have searched previous post but no one had really clear answers. Thanks!
