A couple Long evenings and stiffies

I am officially done with week three of starting enco at 6.25 M-W-F only. I have had a couple night into two hours of sleep where I have woken up and just got energy of 8 hours sleep. And rock hard boners. Yesterday I had slight testicle soarness not sure if combination of sex, jerking and need to relax. I will be doing labs in two weeks to complete my first month. Any potential advice? I know it’s best to wait for labs before adding anything into the mix. Just wanted to see if anyone is experiencing the same. Will post before and after test.
