Starting Enclomiphene this week. Suggestion on how much and additional supplementS?

Hi gents. I did my blood work and NuImage doctor advice me to take daily 12.5mg. I know a lot of you post to take half the dose and to space it out. Do you recommend M-T-F giving time one between. Also I was wondering what you take additional to help with issues that arise. Excuse my ignorance but not sure what AI is or where to get these additional sources. If your prefer can DM.
