I'm an IDIOT...Took 1/8th proper dosage for 9 months

Because of this study, I wanted to take 25MG daily:

But I just realized I've only been taking .25ML daily.
ONE-EIGHT THE PROPER DOSAGE!
I wondered why two bottles lasted me 9 months!
