I can only get one PS4 controller working in ePSXe. It doesn't recognise the second controller. Any tips?

I've been using DS4window for a long time to play Steam games with my PS4 controllers. It's awesome, perfect for some couch co-op!

However, today I installed ePSXe and at first I couldn't get any controller to work. I did some searching and found an old thread recommending to install and run ScpServer alongside DS4windows. I did that, and now one controller works nicely. But it won't recognise the second controller.

Both controllers work flawlessly in SNES9x, so it must be a ePSXe issue.

Any ideas would be appreciated, thank you!
