DS4 on PC: Per emulator controller mapping needed?
Post Body

I've been using my DS3 on a macbook air for all sorts of emulation. Pair it to bluetooth, works for everything. Haven't had to setup any button special configurations or anything.

Bought a DS4 to use on our PC for emulation gaming for my son. Figured it would be easy enough considering it's just bluetooth- totally wrong. After a long, long battle, i got the DS4 paired via bluetooth and I can use DS4Windows or ScpServer to map the buttons on the controller to the Xinput buttons. Problem is: The controller isn't working in any emulator (the touchpad works to control the mouse, and the controller led indicator stays lit. Both utilities tell me it's paired properly).

Question: For windows emulators, do i need to map the buttons on the DS4 to the keyboard keys (left arrow, right arrow, a,z,x,s, etc) or should it work with the XInput mappings?

Thanks. I'm going out of my mind with this...
