So what's going to be the best for a "Console-like" experience that can be completely controller based? Open to custom Linux Distros, applications, or - Windows Software. Launchers maybe?
Post Body

Retroarch is great. Lakka and batocera are both good too.

Is there any way I can configure retroarch to launch standalone emulators for Dolphin and PCSX2, and then return to retroarch when quit??

Even if there is like a controller based launcher that let's me choose retroarch, dolphin, pcsx2 that always lands me back on the launcher when I quit.

Thanks.

EDIT:Oh man, I hate that so many guys are putting so much effort into these answers!

I've made tons of emulation boxes out of old PC's, raspberry pis, original xboxes, etc.

My main issue was just that I've never found an elegant solution to run a box that's based on an OS/application using libretro cores, but still able to launch standalone Dolphin and PCSX2 emulators, while returning back to the same frontend after without ever having to use a keyboard or do any dumb stuff.

I was even considering writing my own GUI that would launch fullscreen on start up with 3 buttons to launch Retroarch/Dolphin/PCSX2. I figured that this particular desire must have come up lots before, and that there must be better solutions than a shitty ass python gui that I made lmao

Thanks very much!
