Hello everyone, I absolutely love EMS. Well, except for the toxic people that tend to work in this career field. I live buy a code to never judge or talk poorly about others, obviously that code doesn't work well in EMS.
I've recently just found myself getting sick and tired of other people bashing one another, and I know that I probably get words exchanged behind my back all the time.
My question to you all is how do you deal with the toxic people and the judgmental atmosphere that we work in?
