Flying commercial.
Post Body

Anybody ever responded to an in flight medical emergency while flying off duty? Anything that you could reasonably and legally carry in your carry on that you wished you had packed? What kind of equipment is on board?

I'm no Ricky rescue, barely have a first aid kit in my POV but I've always been able to count on local trucks to at least be en route while I do what I can. But a plane with no ALS gear and unknown time to definative care gets my jimmies rustled.
