Well ma'am, I'm Wearing A Blue Kohl's tag, carrying a Walkie, a Zebra, every Kohl's Associate is forced to wear black because Y'ALL couldn't tell if we were associates or not (most still can't), so I guess that makes me a CUSTOMER. I understand that we're harder to differentiate than say Best Buy or Target, but how hard is it to take a wild guess??? Rant. Over.
