Asking again a few months later to see if anything has changed. My store manager has directed everyone it’s ok to override exclusions for credit apps after being told not to by territory LP (at least I think he’s the territory LP not sure because we were apart of the restructuring lmao) but alas it’s happening. Is this worth reporting honestly or should we just stay out of it and let it catch up to her eventually. Idk. I’m not like one for conflict or getting involved like that but I know some stores have done it and we did it for a year before it caught up to us the first time. Just asking for advice or something thanks :)
