So in about two weeks I'm going to be training with my admin to create the schedule because she has some PTO she would like to use since she rarely takes a vacation. Does anyone have any tips for me before I start training or some tips on using kronos. I would say I'm a quick learner it only took me two or three times to do cash office with someone before I was by myself and now it's so simple to me (besides the whole "coin shortage" haha). I know it's a lot of work and there is more to it than just putting someone in an area, it's about budgeting, and especially during a time like this, it's harder. I'd love to learn other people's ways on how they create the schedule and their starting point and finish point so I can see what's easiest for me because I'm sure everyone's different. I would definitely love to possibly move up to that role someday if I chose to stay at Kohl's. Just some helpful tips would be nice if any of you guys have time. Thank you in advance :)
