So I know breaks aren't a legal issue, but what about company policy?
Post Body

I have had many shifts where I don't get a break. Honestly, more then I realize, as I don't really care to take one most times. But when I do need one, usually so I can go next door to a store and buy something, I dont always have someone to cover for me. I am always in Amazon, and I think the issue lies in the fact that not a single person can actually do it. (Or no one wants to).

The irony that really irks me though, I will be told I can't eat pizza. So someone can take the time to notice that, tell the Store manager, but not give me a break so I can eat? I mean, like that is just low. Or am I looking at that wrong?

But to further the irony situation, the store manager himself comments to me that it isn't a restaurant, (indicating some snacks I had), and proceeds to not give me a break that night.

Sorry for the long drawn out post, but this has been building up for months, and I haven't really done anything about it.

Is this a matter I can take to HR at this point?
