How Does Alight Health Insurance work?

I got the Alight Smart Choice card in the mail a few months ago. I was told it was for the flex spending. I need to get new glasses and the places need my health insurance but I have NO information or anything just this card and none of the places even know what to do with it. Any help would be appreciated.
I've been calling places all day and I'm a bit tired of talking but I'll call the number on the back of the card once my social battery recharges.
