Employee Credit Card

Hello. I tried applying for the Kohls Credit Card but got denied due to bad credit. I just found out that there is a way for employees to get a free Credit Card for just being an employee. The credit limit is very low and can be built up. I was wondering if anyone knows how long I need to work at Kohls to apply for that?
I started in September 30th 2022 as seasonal and got hired on last month.
