Magnus II has thought it prudent to dedicate a budget of roughly 180,000 ducats towards pursuing the war effort to defeat the sound toll once and for all, deeming it a matter of economic and national security. This would go towards around 15,000 a month (30k a tick), enough to provide a substantial contribution towards the war effort navally.

The following naval forces will be conscripted from the merchant marine (mostly the Hansa traders of Rostock and Wismar) and other mercenary forces:

• 2 Galliot

• 8 Galleys

• 1 Frigate

• 2 Galleon (christened "Schreck II" and "Schreck III" in honor of the flagship still under construction)

The following land forces will be raised as a contingency in case of the invasion of ourselves or allies:

• 100 Landsknecht

• 10 Knight

• 2 Light Artillery

• 500 Levy Pikemen

• 150 Levy Archers
