Idk why but I feel like I have to shut up on anything about me.

Meaning like someone must have told me not to say anything about whatever and I haven't said anything. I feel like this muzzle around my mouth and the more I want to say something the stronger the muzzle is on my mouth. I also feel like I don't deserve a voice for whatever reason idk why but my mind is telling me this.
