Hello, everyone!
I wanted to take a moment to introduce myself and share why I started this series on emotional intelligence.
Since I was a child, Iāve had an innate ability to connect with people and truly understand them. I always thought this was something everyone could do, but over time, I realized this was a form of emotional intelligence.
I studied psychology, but I chose not to practice because I feel the traditional systems, while valuable, canāt fully address the complexities of human emotions for billions of people. We are all unique, shaped by our individual experiences, and I believe emotional intelligence is the key to truly understanding and helping others.
When I talk to someone, I donāt rely on fixed techniques. Instead, I connect with them on an emotional level, helping them find personalized solutions. I donāt consider myself particularly āsmart,ā but Iāve realized that emotional intelligence is a powerful toolāone Iāve been honing without even knowing it.
This series is my attempt to share what Iāve learned over the years, and what I continue to learn. It started as a simple idea, but Iāve discovered thereās so much to unpack about emotional intelligence. My goal is to provide practical, relatable insights for everyone.
Below is the current plan for the series, which Iām still working on and will update as needed. If thereās something specific youād like to learn, please let me knowāIād love to hear your thoughts and questions.
